A meal at the door.
A little more care in the day.

New Māmā Meals is a Circle of Māmās kaupapa created to support māmā in the early weeks after baby arrives — when love is full, sleep is short, and dinner can feel like climbing a maunga in jandals.

The early postpartum weeks can be beautiful, blurry and deeply tiring.

New Māmā Meals offers nourishing family meals at key moments after birth, helping māmā feel cared for and reminding whānau that support is close by.

This pilot kaupapa is about more than food.

It is about connection.

A check-in.

A practical act of aroha.

A warm meal saying, “I see you.”

The New Māmā Meals pilot is designed to offer a little extra care during the early weeks after baby arrives.

A nourishing meal can do more than fill hungry bellies. It can ease the load, bring comfort, and remind a māmā that she is held by a wider circle of care.

You are not alone in this.

We’re here beside you.

Growing a Māmā is part of the wider OurOra community, a circle of māmās walking alongside you.

Connection. Understanding. Support.
