Mother-centred in-home postpartum doula care rooted in te ao Māori and tūpuna practices. Support can include postpartum-specific meals, herbal infusions, bodywork and space-holding through the early weeks and months, alongside Matrescence coaching and Rongoā Māori.

Kaupapa Māori support including Mana Wāhine for women facing challenges such as domestic violence, trauma, substance use and justice-related issues.
