Although their face-to-face services are based in Auckland and Waikato, māmā in Te Hiku can still access support remotely. Well Women welcomes self-referrals, and their team can be contacted directly by phone or email. They also run a weekly online Peer Support Group via Zoom every Tuesday from 7.30–9pm, so māmā can connect with others and receive support from home.

The peer-support groups are open to pregnant māmā and mothers with a baby or child under five. Sessions are free, with koha appreciated.

Online via Zoom; in-person services in Auckland/Waikato
